300 point team, the highest point figure must have Ranged Combat Expert on 1st click (your "Shootist") and cannot exceed 190 points.  The Shootist cannot have Feats attached to it, but will be given the use of the Trick Shot Feat for free.  The remaining figures on your team may have Feats attached (and those Feats add to the point value of the figure, so don't go higher than your Shootist).  At the beginning of the game, the Shootists will face off before the rest of the teams join in and actions will be limited.
